My husband was renewing our health insurance on line the other night. And he asked me how to spell my middle name. Really???! I was surprised by this considering we started dating 11 1/2 years ago.
We went to Kmart before Thanksgiving and were there again last night to pick up some odds and ends. And I was shocked at how expensive things were. I mean it's Kmart for crying out loud.
I did manage to get some gifts wrapped last night. I like doing a little at a time it's far less tiring. I have so many people left to buy for and very few ideas on what to get them. Maybe LiveWellSpendWell will help with that.
Tonight I need to go through recipes and get some dessert ideas. S and a couple guys from work are having a Christmas get together (non work sponsored) at the Tavern on Kraft. A nice way to get together and the wives/girlfriends are invited also. They are having all you can eat appetizers for $10 a person and this covers a tip also. Everyone covers their own drinks. So I thought I would bring some desserts. I'm not much of a baker so it has to be easy stuff. I'm much better at putting meals together.
