Christmas flew by and New Years will soon come and go. We will then be back to the long five day work weeks. At least we are past the solstice and our days will start getting longer. Coming home from work and going to straight into pj's is both unflattering and pathetic at the age of 32.
Having dinner with a friend tonight so the pj's will have to wait. Ready for some girl talk and a change in routine.
If you ever leave a message on our house phone and I do not return your call right away do not be offended. I am horrible at checking the voice mail. Maybe this taught me a lesson.
We got home Thursday night and I had seen my parent's number on the caller ID so I decided to check and see if they left a message.
No message from my parents but two messages from Fox 17, left Monday and Wednesday, stating that I had won a contest. 17 gift cards from various businesses!! I am so geeked and anxious for Tuesday to come so I can call and claim my prize. I signed up thinking I would probably never win so I don't remember what businesses they were for.

ReplyDeleteAlso, perhaps even more pathetic than actually putting the jammies on after work is waking up in the morning and having your first though be, "I can't wait to put these back on." So sad. And yet so comfie.
