I had a lovely evening last night.
Went to my hair appointment at Doll House. It used to be Studio 1 but the owners decided to move to a better location and change the name. My hair stylist is amazing. I've been using her for 5 years after I met her at a friend's bachelorette party. I just needed a trim but along with that comes an hour of pampering and great conversation.
When I got home I took the dog for a walk. It was a gorgeous night out and the sun was just starting to set. S called during my walk and said that he was on his way home and would make dinner when he got home. SWEEEEEEEEEET!!!!!
S made spaghetti and meatballs, with just a little coaching, along with garlic bread. It turned out great and I only gave him a few pointers for next time. Oops... couldn't help it thought. The best part though was he even cleaned up! Allowing me time to paint my nails.
Monday night football, a glass of cider, and a wrapped up in a blanket on the couch topped off the night.
