My three day weekend has arrived. Well, almost. Have about 45 minutes left of work and don't have much motivation left to do the tasks left at hand soooo they can wait for Tuesday. I have Christmas music playing on my Itunes.
I'm ready for Christmas and actually thinking about putting up the tree this weekend. I don't usually put it up before Thanksgiving. One year I was so busy I forgot all about decorating until about a week and a half before Christmas.
My Christmas shopping is behind for lack of knowing what to get people. It would be nice if people would register for gifts. That would make things so convenient. Just go to the stores print off the lists and shop away.
I have Christmas Through Lowell tomorrow with my mom and Aunt Chris. My grandparents have already gone to Florida so my grandma won't be there this year. A real bummer it's been a tradition of ours for some time.
I don't even want to talk about Thanksgiving. This year it's the in-laws turn and it's already creating drama. We look forward to the years we go to my parents. We show up, eat, watch football, take a nap, and drive 20 minutes home. Can't beat that!
