Saturday was terrific. I got up early, showered straightened my hair, stopped at Bibgy to grab a latte, then headed to my mom's house to pick her up. We met my aunt at my grandma's house so we could all go together to shop Christmas through Lowell. A tradition we've had for a number of years.
We had a nice time even though the crafts this year were disappointing. I dropped my mom off around 2:30 and headed home to take a nap. Shopping is exhausting.
The hubby lit a fire in the fireplace and we zonked out for a couple of hours. Had a low key night. Ordered subs from Jet's and watched tv. We stayed up late due to our long nap which meant we slept in later then I would have liked on Sunday. Such a vicious cycle.
Did some shopping on Sunday. Found some jeans for my brother's gf's son for Christmas. Bought some things for myself at New York and Co. They were having a sale, I had a coupon, plus a gift card so I made out good.
Still have not found a dress to wear to a wedding on Saturday. I have checked dozens of stores with no luck. I even checked stores that I would normally not shop at, I am getting desperate. I get out of work early tomorrow and will go again. I guess if I do not find anything I will have to wear a pair of my work pants with a nice blouse. Boring.

I absolutely hate the Search for the Needed Clothing Item for An Event. It completely takes all the fun out of shopping for me.
