I am so confused.
I arrived home yesterday after skipping out of work early to find a box from ProFlowers on my door step. Who could of possibly sent these? The hubby--no anniversary is next month. Mom--maybe, but thinking not. Secret admirer--LOL, yeah right.
It was from my friend A. What??!!! I blogged back this Fall asking for opinions on a friend that has not given a thank you for three years for birthday gifts sent. Yes, same uh--friend. That was November and I gave up on any and all communication after the consensus was "stick a fork in it". Then these flowers arrived with said note:
"Although I do a horrible job of keeping in touch, you are always in my thoughts. I hope these flowers brighten your Spring and work as an apology for being such a pathetic friend :)

Now I'm even more confused. I didn't call her last night. I was tired and need to think about what to say to her. The flowers are beautiful and make the house smell delightful but.........

Well, as one of your other lousy friends at keeping in touch... hmmm, that would be an interesting dilemma. Perhaps she regrets her lazy friendship skills and wants to start fresh. Either way - flowers is flowers.
