We're going to the big D and don't mean Dallas. Or Divorce. But rather Detroit.
A much anticipated little getaway to help break up the Winter. Just to get out of town and do something different is very exciting. Plus I love staying in hotels.
We're going to a Red Wings game (hockey in case you were wondering or sports challenged). The game starts at 7:00 so we are going to go down early to check in, see what the hotel has to offer. We have a King suite so I'm thinking of just ordering delivery for dinner. But if that doesn't work out there are a couple of cool looking bars nearby. No pool but I'm not disappointed at all, I'm not exactly prepared to put a swimsuit on. In fact I shudder at the thought.
But first I must endure a little more then two hours left of work. You know that it's boring when you are live chatting with a coworker that is just across the room from you. But this way we can talk about how boring it is without my boss hearing. I'm sure he's bored too, he doesn't seem to be doing much at all either.
