I never make New Years resolutions because I never stick with them. So instead I am just making a more conscious effort to do things a little differently:
*Drink more water and/or Crystal Light and drink less alcohol.
*Cut down on the amount of trips to Bigby during the week. Only because at $4.55 a pop that adds up. For the health benefit side to it I always get my lattes and mochas with skim milk and sugar free syrup.
*Try to be more positive and way less negative. Although, in my defense I think it's because I'm stuck inside too much and it gets dark too early, stays dark too late.
*Add more fruits, vegetables, and salads to our meals.

I'll second your Bigby resolution. I am currently trying to ween myself from Starbuck's as it is on the way to school. But it's so good on a cold morning AND I have a gift card too!
