
I pack my lunch everyday for work because it's cheaper and I can eat while working/getting paid. It's very hard to find new lunch items that are 1. good for you and 2. don't cost a fortune. Amongst my usual sandwich, fruit, and yogurt I have found the following to be really tasty and good for you (or at least not as bad for you.)
*Crystal Light Skin Essentials in Pomegranate Lemonade. (The single packets) It is delicious and have found that in fact my skin has improved.
*South Beach Living High Protein Cereal Bars: I love the peanut butter flavor and haven't even ventured to try another kind.
*Quaker Rice Cakes Mini Delights: They have several wonderful flavors. My favs have to be the Caramel Drizzle and the Chocolatey Mint (taste just like a Thin Mint! No lie)
*I am also pleased with Sara Lee's Lower Sodium deli meat selection. Although I have only tried the turkey, Scott has been pleased with the ham.


I enjoy the caramel mini-delights. They are so yum!
ReplyDeleteGood to know about the lower sodium deli meat. E loves sandwiches but I'm always conflicted about the sodium content in most processed foods.
